CUSTOM ORDERS

Customs are currently open and there is a custom order form you are welcome to fill out.  You will then receive an email from me to go forward with this process.  I am most comfortable working in my own style.  Custom orders are a case by case basis and not 100% that I can provide what you are looking for.

Please note that custom orders can take up to 5 weeks to design, create, and process.  

 

RETURNS

Returns are on a case by case basis.  If you feel the need to make a return, contact me at playitleodesigns@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you.  Customs are not returnable. 

 

SHIPPING

There's a $5 flat rate on all shipping to the United States.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, shipping and handling all orders. 

A tracking number will be provided and you are able to contact me at any time about your order.

   

RING SIZES

I can size a ring up about a half to 3/4 of a size. I am not able to size a ring down.

Under the "RINGS" tab on my site, I sell ring sizers for $3.  Another way to check is visiting your local jeweler, who will probably be happy to size you for free!
